1. The feature of the servo press is that it can control the movement and speed of the slider, and adjust the appropriate stamping curve according to different processing purposes, so as to improve the production capacity and quality. The traditional press cannot flexibly control the speed of the slider, but can only simply control several parameters such as the clamping height, the number of blows per minute and the pressure of the cushion pad, and only special models can be selected for specific stamping parts and specific materials.

Because the slider of the servo press can be pulled back quickly at the bottom dead center to speed up the production cycle, it can also set the pressurization time, like a hydraulic press to maintain pressure, or slow in and out at the bottom dead center, improve the drawing accuracy and quality, while reducing the problems of wrinkles, cracks and rebounds, but the production efficiency and the extension of the die life can still be guaranteed, and the user-friendly operation interface can generate a variety of different stamping modes simply and quickly.

3. Another advantage that is favored is that the servo press is designed with the concept of environmental protection and energy saving. In the design of the mechanism, the direct drive structure integrating the servo motor and the drive shaft is adopted, and the energy consumption can be reduced by eliminating the flywheel. In terms of the electric control system, through the power leveling design, the power load changes during stamping and slider acceleration and deceleration are smoothed, so that the power demand of the factory will not increase rapidly. Due to the built-in power recovery system, the power can be recycled and reused, and the energy conversion efficiency is high. Compared with traditional presses, it can save more than 30% of power.
